Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
- Products returned without original tags or packaging.
- Items purchased during special sales or clearance events, unless damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping Charges
